Giralda
Giralda was a remodel of a single family house that required us opening up and re-configuring this older Gables home. The clients wanted to add a new master bedroom suite and master bath spa. The challenge however, was they wanted to keep some of the homes original detailed work and blend it with the new. We opened up the ceilings in the "great room" allowing the natural light to pour into the living room area, while preserving the existing stained glass windows. We gave them an open space concept kitchen and dining room area. The client wanted to keep the original old wood floors but give them a beautiful light modern contemporary feel. These clients were left with a home that has better functionality while keeping it's existing character.
