Gerona

House

Gerona House was a project in which the clients were looking to keep the original "footprint" of the house the same size, but do a complete remodel of the interior of the property.  They also wanted to add a modern exterior terrace deck and pool area.  This family wanted a more present day look to the interior of their home.  During the Design Build process we decided to expose the roof truss rafters in the kitchen and living room area. This touch truly gave the clients the open contemporary space they wanted to achieve without a major renovation.  We also remodeled the bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate their young growing family. The outcome was an old house that turned into a new family oasis.
