Gables Estate was an older home in which the client wanted to create a luxurious type exterior facade to their home. What was once a small terrace was upgraded to give it that "Coral Gables Estate" look and feel. We added gorgeous coffered and T&G stained wood ceilings to the newly extended covered patio.  Upon their request we added a Bar, Barbecue, and TV area to further enjoy their outdoor living space. We also enlarged the pool deck and added a 300 ft paver walkway and back entry gate using classic river rock entwined in the pavers.  This project really created an amazing indoor and outdoor space to this home.
