This is a gorgeous two story contemporary house that M Squared constructed from an empty, but tree filled lot lying on coveted Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables.  This was an exciting project that came to us with a specific budget.  We knew prior to the bidding that the major challenge was going to be building out all new water, electrical, and septic systems for this property. We needed to work closely with the City of Coral Gables Building Departments to make sure, prior to bidding, that we understood all the necessary ground work and the related costs.  This ultimately insured that the budget was allocated correctly to meet the client's expectations.
