Urbino project is a special house located in Coral Gables. The property was an older one floor home that we demolished and turned into a lovely two story home. The goal was to add additional living space to create a perfect home for a growing family.
Sopera House was a fantastic project with fantastic clients. The goal of the project was to create a separated free standing garage and an above garage guest residence. In addition, M Squared needed to create a new back terrace deck, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi - cabana area. The challenge was that we needed to respect the history and heritage of the house. We were able to design and accomplish their request, and build a cohesive addition that left the clients with a complete home that looked organically and historically built from the beginning.
Pinecrest was an existing modern home bought by a younger couple. Their current home did not meet their lifestyle needs. They wanted a home that served as comfortable entertainment space for friends and family. We extended the square footage to accommodate a new addition of a two story game and social room. In addition, we added an exterior terrace, bar, barbecue area and an engineered wood deck off the backside of the property. This modern family also asked us to extend the existing garage and provide electric car charging. We finished this job leaving the client with a head-turner of a property meant for fun and relaxation.
